The event is open only to school leaders, principals, chairpersons, and directors. Since the event is by invitation only, we will send confirmations after carefully evaluating the application.
 

 
The Delegate Pass Includes:

1. Entry to attend FGD sessions.
2. Networking Dinner on the eve of the event.
3. Networking Lunch.
4. A certificate of participation (Soft copy) will be provided post-event.

Exclusions:

1. Accommodation
2. Expenses incurred due to mishaps, landslides, strikes, political unrest, etc. In such cases, extra will be charged as per actual.
3. Cost for services that are not mentioned in “Inclusions”
4. Personal expenses on items such as Laundry, Soft & Hard Drinks, Bottle Water, Incidentals, Portage, Bell-Boy charges, Tips, etc.

In the case of partially vaccinated delegates at the time of registration, it is their responsibility to be fully vaccinated by the time they arrive for the event.

In case of any non-compliance, participation in the event will be denied.

Delegates should carry an original photo ID (issued by government authority) and a printout or PDF for the vaccination certificate.

The delegate is free to select and book any hotel of his/her choice.
